![]() ![]() I don't seem to have any problem playing online content such as YouTube - just locally saved SWF files. ![]() So I've done a Firefox Reset which fixed my Save As issue but also disabled playing Flash files. ![]() I did at one point get SWF files to open as expected in Firefox, but I think it was due to my copying my Windows Firefox profile over and that disabled "Save Imgage As." and "Save Link As." functions. I've installed Pipelight and the Shockwave plugin, but it doesn't seem to work. Previous attempts at changing the default application from "Video" to "Firefox" only put me into a recursive loop. However, when I try and open any SWF file in Firefox (select, right-click, "Open With", "Firefox web browser" from the file directory) I'm continually prompted by Firefox to open the file with "Video" - which doesn't work - or "Save". I'm wanting to open and play a variety of saved Flash/Shockwave (SWF) files that the Gnash SWF viewer can't handle, so I'm trying to open them in Firefox which has the Shockwave Flash plugin installed. ![]()
